I've used Ultimate Apex and Deltex all my life. But the keyboard bounce was annoying and I'm a tall guy and they just weren't tall enough to be comfortable to use week after week. The initial setup and ajustment on the 102 KSB is a bit of a pain at first. Once you have it ajusted and customized to your liking, it is perfect! My Keyboards are at just the right height and angle and they are Rock solid! No bounce! No Sway on stage. Setup / teardown is not as easy as an Apex, but it is worth it. Pull four pins, loosen four wing nuts and the whole thing collapses into a tight little package. One suggestion for the manufacturer and users out there is to put some glue inside the rubber protective end caps, as they tend to fall off easily and can get lost if your not careful. Also the bag that it comes with, the handle is placed in the center of the bag instead of the center of gravity of the stand, so it is a little awkward to carry with one hand.

I've used this keyboard stand for three years now, and I can't say anything bad about it. It is truly a rugged stand and a snap to set up and adjust. I use it for church worship and it gets moved four times a week and the occasional gig. There is plenty of leg room if you sit, and plenty of room for pedals. Highly recommended.
