If you want real control of your sound these are the strings you want. I use an American Strat alot on stage and haven't found any other string that sounds as good. At high volumes open notes sound clear and ring out in tune. Solos cut through the mix no matter how loud the stage mix is. Low volumes produce full and warm notes and chords. They last forever. Try 'em, you won't go back to what you are using now.

These are simply put the absolute best strings I have ever used. I do refer specifically to the Power Brights, as a couple of their other guitar string sets, appear to have rather short lives.The Power Brights on the other hand seem to maintain a fresh string tone, that seems to last for ages, and the strings are just great to play on.If you like them, I recommend setting up your intonation, this really brings out the quality of the strings

Excellent tone and sustain! I have tried almost every string on the market and these are the best, by far! I love the feel of these strings. The only thing that keeps me from giving a straight 10 rate is they are a bit pricey. Thsy last a long time, so it is worth it.I don't care for the feel and tone of Elixers. Thomastik has a real winner here. When you consider that most orchestras in the world are using Thomastik, they know what they are doing.

I've played all kinds of strings and I LOVE these PowerBrights. They are simply THE BEST electric strings I've ever heard/played. They truly do make a significant difference. I have a semi-hollow Ibanez with twin humbuckers and wanted a richer but brighter sound and these strings delivered big. Very lively audio response due to the Magnacore. Great playability. I've now got a UNIQUE new sound that I'm really proud of. Try 'em... that's all I can say. Hear for yourself.

After going through Elixir, D'Addario, Gibson, Blue Steel, Ernie Ball, SIT, I haven't found strings I like better than the Power Brights. They last a long time, sound very well-balanced, have a nice decay and feel more natural and comfortable than Elixirs. Elixirs might be a better value by remaining consistent in tone for longer, but the high quality of the Thomastiks makes them well worth it, in my opinion.

you have to tune them every time you play at first. after putting them on, leaving them too tight overnight and pulling up on the string before tuning will help lessen this time period.be careful when pulling up that the high e string doesn't break, because these are only 9's, not tens which, honestly, are better.

Thomastik-Infeld Power-Brights are awesome strings. I use them almost exclusively on my electric guitars. Play them once, you will love them! Their tone is great and they feel wonderful. However, they get dirty fast. When I don't have my power-brights, I play D'Addario. But I sure do miss them

I usually play on Ernie Ball Super Slinkies, but after I put this set of strings on, I doubt I'll go back. These strings have a really bright sound and sound really good dropped down a half step. The only problem I have with the strings now is that I need a new set. These strings are, by far, the best strings I've played on.
