Classic overdrive, with all the nuances and character of your original guitar tone.
The Emma Electronic StinkBug classic overdrive pedal has the best of what's out there, but keeps the body and character of your guitar's sound intact.
With the StinkBug pedal, the mids respond well, and the highs and lows are right out front for blues rock and pop. In addition, Emma chose a circuit with a particularly nice warmth to it.
The Low and High controls give great control of the amount of mids in the pedal. Turn them both down, and the mid-range comes out, but without being nasal. Turn them up, and the mids gets slightly scooped, still keeping the sound full and punchy.
The Emma StinkBug pedal works great for blues, pop, and rock. It sings well and has great mid-range response.

Comments about Emma Electronic StinkBug Classic Overdrive Guitar Effects Pedal:
Well, I am from Ecuador. I play with a blues trio, and at my local church, and my biggest influences are Stevie Ray Vaughan and John Mayer (I think that by saying that, I have said everything about my tone quest and preferences). Can't say more that this pedal is hand- made, extremely custom, expensive I know, but you are paying boutique price for boutique tone! Way better than a TS-808! A blues player goes to heaven when plugging this to a great tube amp.But hey, this works great also for rock and pop, as the description says, you just have to get a nice Strat, Tele or Les Paul, and a smile will come in to your face right away!
