I will start by saying over the past few years I have been really starting to become a fan boy of Line 6 products. I purchased a 75 watt Jam and the things that amp can do is utterly amazing! Recently I wanted to be able to easily create loops and dubs with my Spider jam so I purchased the Express. It is durable, heavy, and works well. The small screen reads easily to let you know what tone bank you are in. But if you are wanting to expand for looping and dubs I highly recommend the shortboard. The express does allow you to use the looping functions on the jam but you have to switch the mode on the amp for this to happen. That in turn takes away the ability to bank through differnet effects. So if you really want to do both get the shortboard or if you have the budget get the shortboard. That being said this footswitch does everything it claims it can do very well!

Doesn't work with the POD Pro
Though the product description says it works with amps and Pods, it won't work with the Pod Pro.

Comments about Line 6 FBV Express MKII Guitar Footswitch:
Just recently purchased this for my line 6 spider iv half stack. Makes a world of difference. I love so many different presets on my amp i really needed that to fuction alot of my differwnt distortions i use from, slipknot, killswitch, and so on. Plus to add a wah to the set well worth the money. As well opens a whole lot more with the programs u can use to tweak ur sounds to the parameters of the wah. Simple way to put it, if u have a spider iv series this is a must have.

Comments about Line 6 FBV Express MKII Guitar Footswitch:
This is a must have if your amp can use it. In addition to channel selection and access to the tuner you get volume and whaw control. Very compact but not too small. 5 Stars for the price/value. Enjoy.
Comments about Line 6 FBV Express MKII Guitar Footswitch:
Easy to use, the choice of four different channels, volume pedal. Simplistic and highly effective. Perfect if you like your head's presets.
This is exactly what I needed. If you love your Line 6's presets, then buy this pedal. Totally worth the money. I love it. It's just what I needed for the band.

Comments about Line 6 FBV Express MKII Guitar Footswitch:
Great value.
Quick access to programs, volume controll and tuner. Very good quality with reguards to construction and look. Big enough to see, and yet small enough to pack. Work's great with my Fender Jazz bass and Line 6 Low Down bass rig, which is a value in itself. Will be loyal to thier prouducts if they keep up with thier quality and reputation.

I actually do not own this, but I have used it before. I was planning on buying this, but my uncle bought me a Line 6 Shortboard MKII. Which I think is a better deal. As far as the Express goes, it's light, portable, easy to use, lots a features. But If I were you I would save up to get the Shortboard (unless you use Spider 15 & 30 cause it's incompatible) which gives you some more features like a full LCD screen, easy access to quick loop, change the effects bank, access amp boost, and turn on the effect knobs while playing, etc.To sum it up, the Line 6 Express MKII is an awesome little footswitch for budget performers, inactive musicians, etc. But It won't completely unleash your Line 6 amp's potential, if you want to completely bring out Line 6's awesomeness get the Line 6 Shortboard MKII
