Bought the book to start my 9 yr old grandson playing music. Not sure if this is the best way.
You tube examples make it easier to learn a very narrow scope of music.

Good Book For A Beginner

This book is good for a completely new beginner with the harmonica. It starts off at the very first step for playing. If you know anything at all about playing harmonica get a different book for a higher level. It is easy to understand for beginners. It is presented for harmonicas in the key of C so anyone like me with an A-flat or an F will have to adjust to what is printed in the book.
