              Comments about LP Foot Tambourine:

I purchased this foot tambourine after my Meinl brand fell apart. This LP brand is much more solidly built in molded plastic and I have not lost any jingles while playing, as I did with the Meinl. It has a big sound for a little instrument and it has a sound more similar to a full size tambourine, even with just 4 pairs of jingles. I use it with my acoustic 5-piece band and it has been a great addition to my minimal set up, including a cajon and djembe. I can keep my hands on the drums and my foot can easily stomp out quarters and eighth notes to keep the rhythm moving. Bottom line, I prefer this LP model over the Meinl, which is cracking and the pins move and I lose jingles. Not with the LP one, it is well made and sounds great with my acoustic New Wave cover band.

                Comments about LP Foot Tambourine:

Works great when you have your hands full, but need to add a little impact and emphasis to your rhythm. Bought this for one song that we perform where the tambourine is an integral part of the sound. No one has a hand free to shake a tambourine but a few of us do have some real estate available on our tapping feet. One of those "why didn't I think of that" products.

                Comments about LP Foot Tambourine:

Easy way to add variation to acoustic performances. I add harmonica to a few songs in a set, now I've got another option to change things up. I like the sound level, not overwhelming!
