Fantastic Cymbals

I was able to try out the 18" and 19" thin crashes, 2002 series at one of our local music stores and was impressed at how well they blended with Ziljian A Customs. They are almost silvery sounding, just the opposite of a trashy or a chinese style cymbal. The pitch seperation between an 18 and a 19" is also much wider than I had anticipated. They have a long smooth sustain that doesnt drop of quickly. Since the store I was at wouldnt price match I bought them here but unfortunately they both arrived damaged and have to be replaced. I should have spent the extra money with a company that stocks these amazing sounding cymbals, instead now it will be more than a few weeks before I get what I've paid for.

I got the 18 inch on my birthday about 3 years ago. Its a good cymbal, surprisngly for a thin cymbal it can take a beating. Its got a good sound but Im tired of it and I want better.
