I don't know a lot about cowbells, but this seems to be a pretty good sounding cowbell for a very cheap price. It's a nice sized cowbell, but seems too big to place on a hi-hat stand fo me, anyway. You can't beat the price, though, if you're adding stuff to your drumset, especially since a cowbell really isn't neccessary for many genres of music. If you're looking for an affordable, decent cowbell, this one is great.

This cowbell stinks. I haven't heard worse. I tried using it in a gig because my good one broke. It sounded terrible and then cracked and sounded worse. This cowbell stinks!

When I first mounted this cowbell on my kit, I couldn't believe the quality of sound that was coming out of that thing! It has a crisp, "tok" tone that is perfect for rock music (but still sounds great with latin grooves, too). You can't go wrong with this product for the price.

Best bang for the buck bell currently on the market.
This cowbell offers tremendous bang for the buck. It's a fraction of the cost of the LP bells and sounds just as good. Mounting is solid and dampening is included.

Well... maybe not quite, but still, this cowbell is sweeeeet. only complaints are that I wish it had a bit more low-end ring (though thats probably just me), and it dents if you hit hard. It doesnt dent easily, just if you get really into a song and just pound the thing. Which happens with me sometimes =). Come on! BUY IT!!!

well i bought this cowbell cause my other one cracked so i bought this one and it sounds great but the welds on it are very poor so i took it to auto shop to redo welds still sounds great

I just got this a while ago, and it works and sounds great. I put it on my set as soon as I got it out of the box and it sounded great from the start. If your looking for a great long lasting cowbell that sounds great and is cheap this is for you.

This inexpensive cowbell is great for the price! It has that deep "clonk" sound which makes it a really nice addition to your drumset when things get slow! I've had it for 1 year now with no cracks or paint chips. Sounds great and so does the price!!!!
