A revolutionary drum fusing the tonal warmth of maple with a beautiful zebra and rosewood exterior.
The drum artisans at Pork Pie have always had an amazing attention to detail and this Rosewood Zebra Maple Snare is no exception. Constructed with Pork Pie's progressive ply design, this snare features an 8-ply, maple shell interior and an exterior veneer featuring a contrasting horizontal grain rosewood exterior with a vertical grain zebra wood pinstripe. It's an exquisite design which is only rivaled by the craftsmanship within.
Offering bearing edges that are hand-sanded and precision cut, the tonal quality of the shell gives you warmth and punch of maple. The hardware includes compact lugs, exclusive to Pork Pie, and 2.3mm heavy-duty hoops that can take the best you can dish out.
The drum comes outfitted with Remo USA heads so you're able to enjoy fine tones straight out of the box.

Comments about Pork Pie Exotic Rosewood Zebrawood Snare Drum:
When I looked deep into santa's eyes as I sat on his lap at our local mall, he knew what I wanted. He knew I wanted it bad. And although I am 40, he delivered this beauty to me on xmas morning and has given me great delight.
I've owned several pork pie snares and this one holds true to its lineage -- at medium-low tunings, I get a nice full crack without a bunch of overtones.
