Ordered the 20" crash/ride and the delivery was quick(3-5 days). I wish they would have used bubble wrap instead of what appears to be just a bunch of brown paper, but the cymbal survived the trip in one piece with no visible damage to it so. As far as the cymbal itself, it is a little bit thicker then I expected and looks/feels almost more towards a medium weight then a medium-thin weight but it might just be me I don't know I think its fine and it is definitely crash-able so don't worry about that. Overall I would say that I really like the sound of this cymbal. The only negative thing about the cymbal that I can think of is that right now it almost sounds too new and a bit too bright, so I can't wait to hear what it will sound like in a couple years once its aged and has some dirt on it.

I have had the 18inch A series crash/ride for 21 years. It is a very powerful crash. It makes a good light ride. When you try to get heavier as a ride, it will begin to wash out. If you can only get one cymbal I would highly suggest you get this one.

I love this cymbal,it has some things that I don't like so much though.First off,you have to hit it kind of hard to get a really beutiful crash sound,otherwise it's a perfect crash for jazz.It also has some great overtones if you like more complex sounding cymbals.

This is a very decent cymbal. Sounds great and all. My Paiste Sigs still kick this things butt all over the place though. Overall, good good good.

This was the first good cymbal I got. I've played many others since, but this one has stayed with me. Very loud. Great versatility, if you want you can get a real decent ping out of the bell, and when crashed this thing is thunderous. It has a real nice sustain as a crash, which can make it wash out if you try to ride too far from the bell.Overall, this cymbal has taken a lot of abuse in the 11 years I've had it and there is no sign of wear other than the usual stick marks and fingerprints. I play mostly rock/hard rock and only within the past 3 years started picking up metal and hardcore. This cymbal has performed excellently. I've played with this as my center cymbal for most setups and it works well.About a year ago I added a ZBT 16 crash, and it cracked on me already. I play the crash/ride way more than the 16 crash, and the crash ride durability puts the ZBT to horrific and humiliating shame. true, 16 -vs- 18, but still... 11 years and no wear, or 1 year and a crack. Seriously?This cymbal will not dissapoint.

I have always felt a little sketchy about a crash/ride because that's what came with my crappy kit as a kid and I hated that cymbal. Anyhow, quality crash rides are the bomb and this cymbal is awesome for doing shimmers and has a nice big bell on it. The ride part is real washy and when you hit this cymbal the sound hangs in the air so don't expect a fast decay out of this one. This is a PERFECT cymbal to use in contemporary church worship and I could probably make do with this and a set of hi hats if I really had to.

Lets get this straight, I'm a hard hitter so i decided to use crash rides for my crashes. I have the 18" and the 20" and there both amazing. There really loud at shows compared to other cymbals they are too quiet. I'm about to order a new 18" and 20" and i can't wait to play them!

This cymbal is with out a doubt my favorite cymbal out of every crash, ride, china...whatever It's way loud, which love about it, its huge and his a big, rich tone and it looks amazing too. i play in a screamo hardcore band and this cymbal works awesome!buy it!

Absolutely wonderful. This ride/crash has the best sound out of the others I've used. It has a great clean sound. This thing is beautiful, even if you don't use it, it just looks fantastic.
