I saw this didgeridoo in the most recent musician's friend magazine, and  I decided right there that I am going to buy it. It was a birthday gift  to myself and it was a pretty good price for an interesting instrument  like the didgeridoo. I know it's not an authentic one, but I'm ok with  that because I have never played this before, so why would I need to buy  an authentic didgeridoo that costs like $500? Well when it arrived at  my house, I ripped the box open immediatley. I inspected it carefully  and I saw that it was in good condition (no cracks, splattered paint, or  anything that might be flawed). The only complaint was the smell on the  inside of the didgeridoo. It reeked of vinegar or the like. It stank  for like a good week, then eventually it went away. That was the only  problem to me. Other than that, its a good beginner instrument who is  interested in trying something new for a good price.

Meinl Bamboo Didgeridoo Looks nice but very fragile

Don't bother spending your money on this. I ordered one and noticed it had several crack's in it when I received it. It was pacakged very well so I don't think it was from shipping damage. Musicians Friend was kind enough to send me another one free of charge. Well.... when I pulled it out of the box it too had a small crack at the outlet. After less than 5 min. of playing time I heard a loud snap & it developed a rather large crack. It now has two splits that go almost the entire length of the instrument just from sitting around & doesn't sound worth a crap. Maybe the synthetic version is the way to go.

Love this product. First Didgeridoo I've ever actually owned and I love it. Nice tone, looks beautiful, build pretty solid and surprisingly light. It was posted here at the same price as other websites like Guitar Center, but I decided to get it from Musicians Friend because they were the only ones that offered free shipping. It arrived on time and without a scratch or dent. They have definitely earned themselves a lifetime customer. Very satisfied. =D

I just today received my didgeridoo in the mail. It came out of the box looking great, no scuffs or scratches and the designs are just as vibrant as in the picture. The mount piece is very comfortable and this didge has got a rather easy to reach sweet spot. I have only just begun learning this instrument but I hope to be able to make sounds and learn circular breathing some day. Amazing quality for the price, if you are wanting to start playing the didge or looking for something to replace your lower quality didge, this is by far, it.

This didge is a great buy. Couldn't find a better value on a different website. Sounds swell. Does its duty as a good didgeridoo should. My only tiny quarrel is that there are some blemishes. A tiny crack there, a paint flaw here. But seeing as it sounds good and performs magnificently for the price, that is not a real issue with me.
