This was my second purchase from Musician's Friend and I continue to be impressed with the quality, price and condition of their products. My Epiphone PR-150 (Vintage Sunburst) sounds as great as it looks...and it looks AWESOME! Holds tune after lengthy jammin', excellent craftsmanship and the finishing detail is what you would expect from a much more expensive guitar. I hesitated to get the Sunburst finish, now it is one of the things I like best about it. It's so easy to play and sounds so good it actually inspires me to practice! Great right out of the box. My brother suggested some high quality strings, but I can't imagine it sounding better. Quite a score for [$]

I really enjoyed this guitar for the first 6 months. While the action is a little high, the sound is good. However, after about 6 months, the action continued to get higher. It's been adjusted as much as it can be, but it's just too difficult and no fun to play any longer. Not good for a beginner working on bar chords.

Comments about Epiphone PR-150 Acoustic Guitar:
I have had this guitar for a while now (reseaved as a gift) The only issue I found was set up too high...after a quick nut and bridge, few fret file it was amazing...I love this guitar...If you're a musician on a buget and in need of an acoustic, this is the one...Oh yeah and the Vintage Sunburst finish is done very well too

Comments about Epiphone PR-150 Acoustic Guitar:
It's a good guitar. My friends with much more experience than I really like it. I have enjoyed it as it's much easier to play than the [@] guitar I had borrowed to start learning on. I wish it had more of a bass sound and the buzzing can get a little annoying, but it's mostly a problem when using a capo. If you don't want to spend a lot, go for this one.
Comments about Epiphone PR-150 Acoustic Guitar:
The guitar looked good other than some glue showing at the neck, the guitar was set up really well and the neck was arrow straight the only problem was the 2nd fret was too high at the high e side, I tried to file it down and I took too much off got angry and threw the guitar away, it was too cheap of a guitar to mess with too much, I recommend buying one from a store so you can test it out first, I know they accept returns but it is just too much of a pain in the butt.
Comments about Epiphone PR-150 Acoustic Guitar:
I've had this guitar for about 6 months now. This guitar is very well put together, you get great crisp sound out of it. the intonation is spot on. The only problem I have had is one the first fret on the D string has developed a little buzz to it (probably because i have old, bad strings on it) and the action is a little low and makes the lower strings a little fuzzy. I would definitley reccomend this to someone on the begginer to intermediate levels.
