Unique aesthetic differences separate it from the rest of the "Falcon" flock.

The Gretsch G7593T Billy Duffy Falcon guitar has immediately become one of the most unique and bewitching White Falcon guitars ever made. Featuring much of what Falcon fans hold dear, Duffy's inimitable guitar has several unique aesthetic differences that separate it from the rest of the "Falcon" flock, namely its period-correct '70s Baldwin-era styling, pure White gloss nitrocellulose lacquer finish, V-shaped Falcon headstock, Silver Sparkle binding, custom wound hot “Black Top” Filter'Tron pickups with three-point adjustable '70s-style metal bezels and Duffy's preferred Bigsby tailpiece.

In addition, Duffy's signature bird of prey features a 17" wide, 2 ¾" deep single cut-away three-ply maple body with a three-ply maple arched top and back and two spruce parallel tone bars and sound post, a three-piece maple/walnut/maple neck with ebony fingerboard, a chrome-plated truss rod cover with Duffy's signature emblazoned on it, a chrome-plated output jack plate, pearloid wide-block fretboard inlays, '70s-style aluminum "G" arrow knobs and a premium gray speckled "Billy Duffy" case. The Gretsch G7593T Billy Duffy Falcon guitar, the tool inspired, designed and built to deliver the ultimate statement of rock 'n' roll nirvana. Includes case.

Comments about Gretsch Guitars G7593T-BD Billy Duffy Signature White Falcon:

Amazing tone.... Such a huge sound! I use this for blues and blues based rock. Im partial to semi-hollow body guitars and this is king of all hollow bodies. I love the tri tone switch as it opens up the tonal possibilities beyond a mere knob. The bridge pickup is very hot for a Falcon. The neck is fast and smooth. The bigsby makes it tricky to change the strings as the neck is so long. I stuffed mine with foam because it howls with loud amps on stage. This is the best guitar I have ever owned...

This guitar just beams. It sounds great, plays fantastic, and looks stunning. Played it live for a 3 hour gig, and loved it. This is a quality instrument with zero gimmicks or high-tech foolery. A modern spin on an old-school classic. Solid in every dimension, this baby will not let you down.

Comments about Gretsch Guitars G7593T-BD Billy Duffy Signature White Falcon:

Having been a huge fan of The Cult and Billy Duffy, I jumped at the chance to get my hands on this guitar and I can say that it is worth every penny and then some. Right out of the box, the guitar looks amazing and feels incredible. The neck profile is perfect for playing fast. Although the body is fairly large compared to a solid body guitar and most other hollow body guitars, it doesn't feel unwieldy.

The pickups sound fantastic. The guitar is very bright and lively when played clean but has some serious bite when you crank up the distortion or overdrive. I ran it through a number of amps including an old Marshall JCM800, a VOX and Mesa/Boogie and it snarled when you pushed the gain and overdrive. I love the 70's Bigsby with the short-arm.

This is a great guitar for a number of different styles including rockabilly, country and the blues but there is no question that this thing is built for hard rock.

If you're on the fence about this guitar, all I can say is definitely pick this one up. You won't regret it.
