The Schecter Omen Extreme 6 Electric Guitar is loaded with the features that modern guitarists seek. Like the beautifully carved quilted maple top on a mahogany body with a string-thru body design that adds extra sustain. A comfortable double-cutaway body gives you full access to the fast maple neck fitted with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard. Dual Schecter Diamond Plus high-output alnico humbuckers provide an array of tones for every musical mood you need to express. The Schecter Omen Extreme 6 guitar's no-nonsense controls include a Master Volume and Tone control with push/pull coil-splitting, and a 3-way toggle switch.

I was walking through a Pawn shop and came across the Schecter Signature Series Omen-6 with the Burgundy Finish and offered them a fair price. Little did they know I had already ran the make and model through Google and I already knew what I had. I get it home and immediately begin to give it a work out. Aside from the rusty old strings, "I was completely blown away at the extra large frets and the creamy sound this instrument produces. If you come across a Schecter, buy it. YOU WONT BE SORRY I am a convert from Gibson and Taylor

Why did I wait so long to buy this guitar? This is an amazing product, got the antique sunburst which arrived flawless, finish, quality and workmanship blew me away when I opened the box.
Plays and sounds great thru my Line 6 and Fender Stage Lead amps, great versatility with the coil tap in either configuration. I got an updated version with two volume controls and headstock finished same as guitar. I am a Fender guy and this product is easily as good or better than anything I have owned and is absolutely beautiful.
Super value, super product, I could not be more impressed with what I now own.

First of all the price is ridiculous for what you get. Neck pays like a dream, i have the transocean blue one and its gorgeous!Is really confortable, the 24 frets and the switch position near to your right pinky is any players dream! Plus with the coil split function you get so many diferent sounds from this guitar that is really fun to play it, you can get a close "fender-like bluesy" tone with the sinlge coil option, plus the heavy sound of the humbuckers. Pickups are great,but I changed mine for the Slash singnature seymour duncans just to make it an even more versatile guitar, but the schecter pickups are great indeed.I love the extra jumbo frets, it makes it so much easier to hit all the notes when you are playing fast solos. I have 5 guitars including a gibson explorer, and this has become my main guitar by far!! I'm even thinking in gettin a second one for backup. And all this just for $400, it's a steal!

This guitar is awesome for the price. I have owned an Epiphone Les Paul Standard, nice guitar, and a Fender MIM Strat, o k guitar. This guitar knocks the socks off both and for less money. Georgeous finish, no flaws, sounds great with a variety of tones. If more people would look at this guitar, or the version with the Floyd Rose, this would be the best selling guitar in its price range. I am totally satisfied.

I rated this a perfect 5 considering the value and what was expected. For normally 400 dollars, this is one of the best buys in terms of tone and playability. It looks awesome too.I ditched the floating bridge concept that I used to love so much on my other axe for this and even with the bolt on neck, the tone is so loud, sustaining and vibrant (even when not plugged in) with the tune-o-matic style bridge. Artificial harmonics are off the wall. Pickups sound organic and I'm not sure if I'll be replacing them soon or not. Compared to an Ibanez RG for the same money, get this.

This is a great guitar. Came in perfect condition,I love it! The only thing I don't like is it is hard to bend the strings. You have to bend the string hard to get a whole bend. Otherwise it is a great guitar! Do yourself a favor and buy it!

My son suprised me with this guitar in dark cherry for my birthday, I couldn't be happier, the finish is flawless it arrived set up beautifully, even in tune. It weighs less than a Les Paul but still feels well balanced,it has the lowest action I've ever delt with ,with no buzzing at all. If this is typical for schecter you can't go wrong.

Ok, First off I only Playd a schecter Guitars because my favorit band uses them( The Devil Wears Prada). But now that i have played it, it is one of the better guitars i have played. The Pups are Great, the Action is perfect, the Black Cherry finish is FLAWLESS!! Over all This is One Heck of a Guitar...Do your self a favor and Get it
