Nicely designed Pop Screen at a good price. Large diameter screen, with a long, flexible extension. Screw clamp attaches it to the stand. Can't beat it at this sale price!

works at intended. ive never had trouble with the coil, and so far it hasnt broken, and my stuff takes abuse sometimes! I try to keep it out of harms way because the mesh is thin, but its still workin. Definitely a good buy for a starting musician or recording artist, however the double filter might be a better purchase.

The flex part of this device is not strong enough to support the pop filter.

            Ummmmmm Should Last Longer...

Comments about Musician's Gear Pop Filter:

Like I said, its a pop filter. This product is actually as we speak laying on the floor under my desk. And its probably going to stay there until I move out.
A pop filter is suppose to help filter out the harshness of your voice. This product certainly does that. But, a pop filter should also last a life time, this product lasted three days. Ha, it does the job but the whole thing was wobbly and the top end broke off so I had to glue it back. And it doesn't stay where you put it after a while.

            Good Value, Does the Job

            By Brett P

            from Chicago, IL

Comments about Musician's Gear Pop Filter:

Its a pop filter, and it does a decent enough job at doing what it was made to do. Really forceful plosives can and do sneak through the single nylon element, if its important for you to really blow at the mic, find a pop filter with 2 elements or some other kind of material that will work better. The flexible goose neck is probably the one element of this filter that leaves something to be desired as it is somewhat but not direly weak. Often you will need to take a minute or two to fiddle around with it to find a position in which the filter will not sag. I have found that the closer the clamp is to the mic clip the better and it generally seems to works best if the gooseneck comes from above the mic hanging the pop filter in front of the mic from above rather than below. You will have to play with it to find a position that works for you. All in all this product does the job, it has survived 4 months of use damage free, and the weak goose neck issue is really only a minor inconvenience to this user.

            It's a pop filter!

            By Anonymous

Comments about Musician's Gear Pop Filter:

You know i bought this pop filter at it's cheap price and what can you really expect out of a pop filter? Other than the build quality and the material used, pop filter's in general are the same. The build on this product is pretty cheap, it easily breaks but all i did was use some crazy glue and it won't ever come out again. For a pop filter it will do the JOB!! And in all i still like it!

            Ugh...

            By Paulemersun

            from Midwest

Comments about Musician's Gear Pop Filter:

It looks nice; easy to assemble, but the goose neck will not cantilever out; it just sags and sags, so you have to dilly around trying to get the microphone in a position so the filter stays in front, but doesn't rest on the microphone or the mic stand and resonate into the track. Make one with an old coat hanger and a nylon; at least it stays where you put it!
