Crystal Clear

This pedal fits into your pedal board without occupying too much space and delivers crystal clear Tremolo. I like that it doesn't have a Level knob because I can just leave it alone and not worry about loss of overall volume in my chain...but some users may not like that. It's a single effect pedal, so versatility isn't very realistic. I look around a lot for a pedal that had several essential effects. I bought a multy effects pedal and didn't like it. The sound the TR 2 provides is much better. I use it just before the delay in my chain going into a tube amp. The sound is classic. I really like it. The controls you do have do a lot to the sound. It's a fun pedal. Pick one up.

It's a really good pedal, and definitely does the job. It's also very versatile and I'm quite content with it. The only thing I have to complain about is that it doesn't have a tap tempo. I tried recording with it and I couldn't get it to match up perfectly so I ended up not being able to use it. Aside from the lack of tap though it's great and I'd recommend it.

Smooth Tremolo

The TR-2 is a very reliable tremolo pedal that can produce some very smooth vintage sounds. Ideally I would like to have a tap tempo unit and a LED bulb that flashes in tempo, but those luxuries may be hard to provide in this price range. Overall it has a good sound, but it does take away from the high end of my tone when the unit is off.

TR-2 does what it's supposed to do

I just got this last night, and it does everything that it's supposed to do. There is a clear and genuine difference between the triangular and square waves. Also, the rate that you set it on is very clear and goes from extremely slow to very fast. The only thing I don't like is the depth, because when you set it low you can't hear the trem, but if you set it high it sounds crisp and clear. I found no volume cut, and it works just as well on distortion as it does clean. If you are creative minded, this is a wonderful tool that is incredibly easy to work with.

I have had this trem for about 4 months now and I love it. It is real easy to use and easy to get that sound. Most guitar players I talk to hate trem. That is just because that don't use it right. Trem really isn't meant for strumming, so if that is why you are getting don't. This is the Best pedal that will put that first bit of shine into the way it sound.
