The HPR122i offers performers and audio professionals the power, technology, and legendary reliability of QSC amplification combined with the simplicity and convenience of a multipurpose powered loudspeaker system. Whether your application is vocal reinforcement, dance music, or full tilt rock-and-roll, or whether your need is main PA, or stage monitor, suspended or pole mounted, the QSC HPR122i Loudspeaker is your solution. With 131 dB of maximum output the HPR122i outperforms molded plastic box systems without significant additional weight or cost.

A 12" low-frequency woofer with 3" voice coil is powered by 400W of Class H power. A neodymium magnet design provides ample motor strength for low-end performance without adding unnecessary weight. The 1.4" diaphragm neodymium compression driver is powered by a 100W class AB+B amplifier and is loaded on a 75 degree conical horn.

The Speakers pretty much rule! I've E.V. products for years and loved them, I just found the overall response of the speakers to be much smoother, and true. They are built like tanks and about the same price as the Mackie's or E.V's. Plus!!!!! They have like a 6 year warranty!!!

These are nicest speakers I have ever owned. Professional equipment. The name says it all, QSC. The 12" speakers are nice and tight. This cabinet gives a true representation of whatever you send through it. Vocals are very clear and smooth. It's almost as if that person singing was right in front of you. The tweeter is not harsh like other speaker name brands. I love these speakers also because they are versatile. You can use it as a monitor also and it has that professional monitor look to it. One thing I also like is that there's no popping sound when the speaker is being shut off ( unlike Mackies, SA1521 ) . This speaker is a product worth upgrading to. I am very happy. Thanks QSC

I own a complete Yamaha powered system, which sounds great, but I was looking for something with more power. I decided to order the HPR 122i's. Absolutely the best money I have ever spent. These units are so far and above anything else I've heard in powered speakers, that JBL and Mackie should pull their products from the market in embarrasment. They were so far superior that I ordered a pair of HPR181i subs....Whoa!!! If you haven't heard this gear, you are missing the boat. Use them all night and the heat sync's are barely warm. If you're looking for powered gear,the QSC HPR Series speakers are the bomb!

So I was in the store to buy a set of Mackie SRM450 or EON G2 (I hadn't made up my mind and wanted to hear them both) as my "mobile" PA when the store was receiving the new HPR122i's . Knowing that I was there to buy SOMETHING, they were more than happy to unbox them and fire them up for me. It took all of 5 seconds to hear that these speakers were clearly in a different class from the plastic 2-way boxes that are out there. Everything about them says "pro". Needless to say, I bought them on the spot. I've had an opportunity to play on super pro concert gear in the past and I have to say that for my money, these are every bit as good as ANYTHING I've used before. AND, QSC is offering a 6-year warranty to boot. The difference between these speakers and the other boxes is RIDICULOUS! I am SO HAPPY I WAITED.
