Like the other reviews say, I wish I had gotten this sooner for my baritone. I can't rate it compared to other harnesses, but compared to a neckstrap it's much more comfortable. I'm only 5'3" and the size is still good.

Since I don't play a soften as I use I was experiencing stiffness in my neck after playing. This harness is easy to use, ajusts easily, and distributes the 'load' well. No more neck problems.

I got this for my baritone sax, after using a drum sling for several years. This is much more stable and adjustable; it gives solid support for my sax?even for marching! It would be appropriate for a tenor as well.My only reservation is that I regret not getting the strap with a metal snap hook instead of plastic; I fear the plastic hook may break easily. Overall, this is a great and comfortable strap and I'm glad I finally got one.
