OVERVIEW

Simulate any profile and store up to 1000 profiles.

The Kemper Profiler was designed to be a complete solution for all your guitar playing needs. You can use it just like you would a regular amplifier, or you could use it as a multi-effects unit, or even as the front end for your guitar-based studio.

Nearly all digital guitar amps available today offer the same features-simulations of classic and modern guitar amplifiers and stomp boxes, usually with some digital and studio effects thrown in for good measure. The Kemper Profiler doesn't simply include digital versions of guitar amps, but lets you make a "profile" of your own guitar amp to use inside the Kemper Profiler. You can also load profiles of other guitarists' amps into your Kemper Profiler.

If you want a more technical description: the Kemper Profiler analyzes the sonic characteristics of a reference amplifier. This process allows it to faithfully recreate the characteristic sound of virtually any guitar amp, and adopt the behavior and interaction of the components of the analyzed amplifier.

The Kemper Profiler doesn't just capture the sound of your guitar amp alone; you can also capture the sound of the cab and the mics (including the mic distance and angle). You can store 1000 amp profiles in total and it comes with 30 different stompbox effects as well as a master effects section with master delay and reverb.

FEATURES
  • Built-in power amp
  • Drive any speaker system you like straight out of the back

Comments about Kemper Profiler PowerRack 600W Class D Profiling Guitar Amp:

I've used every kind of modeling/profiling amp out there from Line6 stuff, to Eleven racks, to Axe FX's, and this thing blows them all completely out of the water. I had given up on digital/solid state amps completely because of their inability to sound as warm and organic as a tube amp. The tube amp profiles are indistinguishable from the profiled amp with this monster, and any amp you'd ever want to have can be easily profiled in whether you download it from their extremely easy to use website, or profile the actual amp yourself, which again is an extremely quick, easy, and intuitive process itself! Hands down. EASILY the best investment I have ever made in my 30+ years of buying guitar equipment.

Comments about Kemper Profiler PowerRack 600W Class D Profiling Guitar Amp:

Ok, so if you're researching this product and you've found your way to the reviews on this site. I'm here to tell you research no further. Just buy it now and never look back. Is this a good price to have every amp known to man kind in a little box? Maybe, because that's what you're paying for. And are you semi skeptical because it's "solid state" and not tube? Well I'll say I was to at first but then after further research I realized it didn't matter because profiles are based on tube Amps and it just recreates that sounds and feels like it.

Comments about Kemper Profiler PowerRack 600W Class D Profiling Guitar Amp:

The Kemper Power Rack simply delivers. Using it live with 412 marshall cab loaded with g12t75s. Rig manager lets you audition over 5000 rigs and store the ones you like. The kemper power rack is the most fun I've had playing guitar in a long time. My fingers hurt.

Comments about Kemper Profiler PowerRack 600W Class D Profiling Guitar Amp:

This piece is sure to change the minds of many in denial about amp modelers, as it is a new incarnation of such. From my experience (playing the Kemper an NAMM) the only real things missing are:

            1) STEREO POWER AMP: Sure I can get another rackmounted stereo power amp that costs another $1500.00 but it'd sure be nice if i could have my stereo fx on stage with out having to do so.

            2) A stereo FX loop: It seem as though one can possibly accomplish a stereo fx loop via a 1/4" from the send (mono) and using the alternative input as a return along with the actual fx return input, but then which is left and which is right? Why not make it simple by using a combo XLR/1/4" for fx loop send and same for separate L & R returns?

            Maybe next generation.
