Company History


We were founded by Rob and DeAnna Eastman, along with brother-in-law Al Dinardi, as a prominent direct marketer of instruments

Early 1990s

We established ourselves as one of the earliest music catalog marketers, with a focus on rock gear, leading to rapid growth and expansion


As part of the Guitar Center company, we have multiple touchpoints around the U.S.—including corporate headquarters, remote contact center agents and a 700,000 sq. ft. distribution center—enabling us to provide quick delivery and excellent service to our customers.
