A vintage 1980 Fender Jazz Bass in a natural finish is a classic late-CBS era American-made electric bass featuring an ash body and either a maple or rosewood fingerboard. Key Specifications & Features Body Material: Heavy-weight natural-finish Ash body. Neck Options: Maple neck with a matching maple fingerboard (black block inlays and binding) or a Rosewood fingerboard option, featuring the iconic 3-point micro-tilt neck plate typical of the era. Scale Length / Profile: Standard 34-inch scale with a slim, tapered Jazz Bass neck profile (nut width typically 1 9/16").Pickups & Electronics: Original dual single-coil pickups with gray bobbins and CTS 250k potentiometers, delivering bright slaps, deep fingerstyle lows, and punchy mid-range responses.
