A conga set with warm tones and height-adjustable stands.
The MEINL Headliner Series Conga Set with height adjustable basket stands offers a full-sized pair of 11" and 12" wooden congas crafted for projection and warmth. Each drum features hand-selected buffalo heads mounted on rubber wood shells finished in high gloss, creating a balanced, resonant sound that carries in any room. The original MEINL style tuning brackets and 8 mm strong lugs hold tension and tune through extended sessions. Stands use a patented U-shaped notch for fast setup and breakdown, with arched rubber bracing to boost stability. Each conga stands 28" tall and includes 2 mm rounded rims and black powder-coated hardware, echoing pro-level construction while keeping weight manageable for regular use.
MEINL Adjustable Stands Streamline Your Conga Setup
Players who want reliable stability during practice or performance will value the advanced stand design. The basket stands feature quick-adjust height settings and a patented U-shaped notch, making it easy to switch from seated play to standing arrangements. Rubber bracing holds each drum in place even during energetic rhythms. The lightweight build and durable hardware make these congas easy to move, set up, and break down—important for students, gigging percussionists, or anyone developing their skills.
