Musician's Friend uses the Web PO and Order Confirmation numbers to identify orders in our system. As your order is shipped, a tracking number is assigned by the carrier. If we have your current email address on file, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking info when your order is shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation, please email us or call us at 1-800-449-9128 to confirm shipment of your order.
