Comments about Mitchell MU40 Soprano Ukulele:

I bought this for my wife who is not a musician but expressed some interest in trying the uke. It's a nice looking instrument with a good sound. Once we got the strings broken in it stays in tune well. (nylon strings require much longer stretching time than steel strings. Be prepared to retune a lot at first; it does get better.) My only complaint is that the intonation is a little off and the notes go sharp within a few frets. Still, it is a good buy for the price to see if you really want to play before buying a more expensive model.
