Its ergonomic solidbody design features deep cutaways and a contoured back for a balanced, lightweight feel, while a three-piece maple/walnut/maple set-thru neck provides smooth access to the upper register. A bound ebony fingerboard with a 14" radius and 22 Jescar frets offers precise, expressive playability across the familiar 24.75" scale. USA-made Seymour Duncan Seth Lover A4 humbuckers deliver rich, articulate tone with push/pull coil splitting for expanded sonic versatility. Finished in Solid Black with gold hardware, intricate binding and signature D'Angelico appointments, the Deluxe Brighton combines sophisticated styling with a responsive, performance-oriented design.

Contoured Alder Body Combines Comfort and Classic Elegance

The Deluxe Brighton features a solid alder body with a sculpted double-cutaway design that balances distinctive style with exceptional playing comfort. Deep cutaways provide easy access to the upper frets, while an ergonomic belly contour and slim 1.625" body depth create a comfortable, lightweight feel that helps reduce fatigue during extended performances. Alder provides a balanced, responsive tonal foundation with clear attack and definition, complementing the warmth and harmonic richness of the Seymour Duncan humbuckers. A deep Solid Black gloss finish highlights the Brighton's flowing contours, while seven-ply body binding, a five-ply tortoiseshell F-hole-style pickguard and elegant gold hardware bring D'Angelico's signature Art Deco character to this modern solidbody design.

Set-Thru Maple Neck and Ebony Fingerboard Enhance Playability

The Brighton's three-piece maple/walnut/maple neck features a set-thru joint that provides a smooth transition into the body, complementing the deep cutaways for effortless access to the upper register. A comfortable C-shaped profile and natural satin finish allow the fretting hand to move freely along the neck, while the 24.75" scale provides a familiar, responsive string feel. The ebony fingerboard features a relatively flat 14" radius, offering a precise playing surface for expressive bends, intricate chord voicings and fluid lead work. Twenty-two Jescar 47/104 nickel-silver frets provide a consistent fretting feel, complemented by three-ply binding and elegant mother-of-pearl/abalone split-block inlays that reinforce the instrument's refined appearance.

Seymour Duncan Seth Lover A4 Humbuckers Deliver Rich Versatility

A pair of USA-made Seymour Duncan Seth Lover A4 humbuckers gives the Deluxe Brighton a rich, expressive voice rooted in classic humbucking character. Featuring Alnico 4 magnets, these pickups offer a distinctive balance of warmth, clarity and harmonic detail, delivering full-bodied lows, articulate highs and a responsive midrange that preserves definition across different playing dynamics. The neck pickup provides smooth, rounded tones for expressive melodic work, while the bridge humbucker offers a more focused attack with the presence to cut through a mix. Independent volume and push/pull tone controls allow each pickup to be shaped individually, with coil splitting unlocking brighter, leaner single-coil textures. A three-way toggle provides intuitive access to the pickups individually or in combination, giving the Brighton an expansive tonal palette.

Grover Locking Tuners and Premium Hardware Support Reliable Performance

The Deluxe Brighton pairs its expressive electronics with premium hardware designed for dependable performance and refined operation. Grover 509 Super Rotomatic locking tuners provide smooth, precise adjustment while helping maintain tuning stability and simplifying string changes. A Tune-O-Matic bridge and stopbar tailpiece offer a solid string anchor with individual intonation adjustment, complemented by a TUSQ nut for consistent string support. Gold locking strap buttons add security during performance, while ebony control knobs, intricate multi-ply binding and the signature aluminum Skyscraper truss rod cover reinforce the guitar's sophisticated aesthetic. Mother-of-pearl headstock inlays and D'Angelico's distinctive Cupola headpin complete the presentation, with an included deluxe hardshell case providing protection during storage and transport.

The D'Angelico Deluxe Brighton brings together the brand's unmistakable design heritage and a carefully refined approach to modern solidbody performance. Its contoured alder body and set-thru neck provide exceptional comfort and upper-fret access, while the ebony fingerboard and Jescar frets support precise, expressive playing. Seymour Duncan Seth Lover A4 humbuckers offer a rich, responsive tonal foundation, with independent coil splitting extending the instrument's range from full-bodied humbucking warmth to brighter, more articulate textures. Premium Grover locking tuners, gold hardware and elaborate Art Deco appointments complete a guitar that feels as thoughtfully crafted as it looks.
