The gold/blue layered finish on this Gibson '57 Les Paul Reissue was created for this particular Les Paul and no other. Made in the time-honored way with a maple top on a mahogany back with a set mahogany neck, this thing generates huge tone with extended sustain. The phenomenal paint job is enhanced by gold hardware, vintage green tuning buttons, and a special black V paint job on the back of the head, while a light streak in the variegated bound rosewood fretboard ties it in with the natural trans finish mahogany back and sides. The '58 rounded neck gives you plenty to hold onto and the fretwork and setup are flawless.
