“Open Box gives repaired instruments a second chance at life and saves you money at the same time.”
–William

We believe that every player deserves gear they can trust. That’s why we put in the work. Every fret polished, every contact cleaned, every note checked.
Open Box Gear includes 45-day, no-hassle returns, full manufacturer’s warranty*, and a 2-year free warranty on all guitars and basses.
“Our goal is to do whatever it takes to make each instrument as close to new as possible—because repairing instruments is an art form”
–Dylan

How We Grade Open Box Gear
Mint
Virtually perfect gear with zero signs of use–basically like picking it up brand new, just at a better price
Blemished
Lightly handled with a scuff here or there–barely noticeable stuff that doesn’t affect how it looks, plays, or performs
Scratch & dent
Visibly worn gear, fully functional, and sometimes even tech-tuned for their next life. Great gear with a little extra character.
