Ernie Ball M Steel

Ernie Ball M-Steel strings are comprised of maraging steel hex cores and wound with an iron-cobalt alloy for enhanced durability, superior low end response, and clarity. The wound strings contain 60% more cobalt than the original Cobalt Slinkys for increased output, durability, and corrosion resistance. The plain strings are made from a specially tempered steel for maximum durability and are additionally reinforced at the ball end twist.
