Featuring both dPack and RackUltra FX pre-installed, Avantis Solo Ultra transforms into a 96-channel, 56-bus live sound powerhouse capable of handling demanding touring productions, festivals, houses of worship and corporate events without relying on external DSP servers, outboard processors or laptop-based effects systems. Powered by Allen & Heath's ultralow-latency 96kHz XCVI FPGA engine, it delivers flagship-level mixing, advanced DEEP processing and studio-grade effects directly from the console, giving engineers everything they need from the moment they power on.
Fully Expanded Processing and Mixing Power
At the core of Avantis Solo Ultra is Allen & Heath's XCVI 96kHz FPGA processing engine, delivering exceptional audio quality with class-leading 0.7ms latency. With dPack included as standard, the mixer expands from 64 input channels and 42 buses to 96 input channels and 56 configurable mix buses. This additional capacity gives engineers the freedom to manage larger productions, extensive routing schemes and demanding monitor mixes without constantly balancing system resources. The upgrade also unlocks up to 24 instances of Dyn8 dynamic processing, providing sophisticated multiband compression and dynamic EQ tools for everything from vocal refinement to overall mix shaping.
DEEP Processing From the dLive Ecosystem
Avantis Solo Ultra inherits powerful DEEP technologies from Allen & Heath's flagship dLive platform, bringing premium hardware emulations directly into the console's channels and buses. Engineers gain access to advanced compressor models, boutique-style preamp emulations and the highly anticipated CompStortion processor, which delivers a broad range of compression characteristics, saturation options and creative tonal shaping. Because DEEP runs natively within the console architecture, users enjoy premium sound quality without sacrificing latency, channel count or overall system performance.
RackUltra FX Brings Studio Effects to the Stage
Included as standard, RackUltra FX introduces a new generation of live sound effects powered by dedicated hardware. Eight RackUltra FX engines provide access to advanced reverbs, pristine delays, harmonizers, vocal processors, saturation tools, distortion effects and amp/cabinet simulations without consuming channels, buses or existing RackExtra FX slots. Vocal Tuner and Gridder processing range from transparent pitch correction to dramatic creative textures, while expansive spatial processors and cinematic reverbs rival many of today's leading studio plug-ins.
