The RCF ART 812-A 12" 2-way powered speaker is designed for live sound applications that require a balance of output, portability and versatility. Equally suited for main PA duties at parties, weddings, worship services, acoustic performances and small live events or as a high-output stage monitor, it delivers professional performance from a compact enclosure. Its 1400W peak Class-D bi-amplifier powers a 12" woofer with a 2.5" voice coil and a 1" compression driver with a 1.75" voice coil, producing up to 129dB max SPL with a 50Hz–20kHz frequency response. RCF FiRPHASE processing, XBoost low-frequency enhancement and a 100-degree x 60-degree True Resistive Waveguide help the ART 812-A provide balanced coverage, clear sound reproduction and solid low-frequency support for portable PA, installed sound and live reinforcement.

Its DSP platform includes a 1600Hz crossover, thermal and RMS protection, a soft limiter and controls for volume, Boost and Mic/Line operation. FiRPHASE processing helps optimize phase response for more coherent sound, while XBoost enhances perceived low-frequency depth when the speaker is used as a full-range cabinet without a subwoofer.

The ART 812-A uses a black PP composite cabinet with internal M-brace reinforcement to improve structural stability and reduce cabinet resonance at higher output levels. A steel grille protects the drivers, while top and side handles, a 35 mm pole mount and 2 M10 hardware points support portable, wall-mounted, truss-mounted or flown installation setups.
