A rugged brass and stainless-steel body with a black finish gives the Apollo 2 the durability required for regular professional use while maintaining a refined studio appearance. Its six-pin output carries both ribbon channels through the included Y-cable to two standard 3-pin XLR connections, simplifying connection to a pair of compatible microphone preamps supplying 48V phantom power.
