Steven Slate Audio VSX Horizon One Modeling Closed-Back Headphones - Loyalty Upgrade

For existing VSX users ready to upgrade their monitoring experience, the Steven Slate Audio VSX Horizon One Loyalty Upgrade closed-back modeling headphones deliver premium headphone performance while preserving the speaker modeling workflow they already know. Featuring precision-engineered 50 mm dynamic drivers with exceptionally low distortion, Horizon One provides detailed, revealing sound to support critical production, mixing and mastering decisions. A high-grade aluminum chassis, figured maple wood earcups and premium leather earpads combine durable construction with comfort and acoustic isolation. Designed to work with an existing VSX Essentials or Platinum software license, the headphones allow current users to continue evaluating their mixes through familiar modeled listening environments without purchasing another VSX license. This limited-time loyalty package also includes the MSX Speaker Modeling System for compatible Apple AirPods Pro earbuds at no additional cost, extending speaker modeling capabilities beyond the studio. Available exclusively to existing VSX users, this upgrade includes the Horizon One headphones and MSX software but does not include a new VSX license or Apple AirPods Pro earbuds.

Precision 50 mm Drivers and Premium Construction Reveal Every Detail

The Horizon One headphones feature advanced 50 mm dynamic drivers engineered for exceptionally low distortion, delivering the clean, detailed reproduction needed to evaluate subtle musical elements. Their closed-back, circumaural design helps reduce external distractions while providing an isolated listening environment for critical mixing, editing and mastering. With a frequency response of 20Hz–20kHz, 32 ohm nominal impedance and 107dB sensitivity, the headphones are designed for detailed studio monitoring. The high-grade aluminum chassis provides a durable foundation, while figured maple wood earcups lend the design a distinctive appearance. Premium leather earpads surround the ears for comfortable listening during extended sessions. A detachable 190 cm Y cable with a 1/8" connector and included 1/4" adapter supports connections to compatible audio equipment, while a softshell carrying case provides convenient protection during storage and transport.

Included MSX Software Extends Speaker Modeling Beyond the Studio

The included MSX Speaker Modeling System brings Steven Slate Audio's speaker modeling technology to compatible Apple AirPods Pro earbuds, providing an additional way to evaluate music while traveling or working away from a dedicated studio setup. Compatible with Apple AirPods Pro generations 1, 2 and 3, MSX allows users to experience modeled speaker environments through their earbuds, complementing the detailed monitoring available through Horizon One. This expanded workflow gives existing VSX users greater flexibility to compare their mixes across listening situations without relying exclusively on studio monitors or full-size headphones. The MSX license is included at no additional cost as part of the limited-time loyalty offer, while compatible Apple AirPods Pro earbuds are sold separately.

Existing VSX Compatibility Makes Upgrading Straightforward

Designed specifically for musicians and engineers who already own VSX software, the Horizon One Loyalty Upgrade works with existing VSX Essentials or Platinum licenses, allowing users to continue accessing their modeled listening environments without purchasing another software package. Compatible with Mac and Windows systems, VSX supports AU, VST2, VST3 and AAX plug-in formats for integration with supported digital audio workstations, along with standalone operation on compatible computers. Software authorization requires a PACE iLok account, with support for machine-based or physical iLok licensing. The package includes the Horizon One headphones, detachable cable, 1/4" adapter, softshell carrying case and MSX software license, with a two-year manufacturer warranty covering the headphones. Because this edition does not include a new VSX license, customers who do not already own VSX software should select the Essentials or Platinum Edition instead. For existing users, the Steven Slate Audio VSX Horizon One Loyalty Upgrade closed-back modeling headphones offer a practical path to upgraded monitoring hardware and greater listening flexibility while retaining their established VSX workflow.
