If you live in the Gulf Coast Area and do any outside gigs this will really keep your hands dry. It keeps your hands from sticking on the guitar neck when sweating.

I do like the product but I am trying for the first time ...I hope I get the " approx. 200 applications" as indicated on the container because it is somewhat expensive for the amount of product.

Comments about Graph Tech Graphtech PrePlay Hand Care:

Great product! Definitely keeps my strings from aging prematurely due to excess oils/sweat in hands. I have very sweaty hands and use Pre Play in conjunction with Graph Techs Dry N Glide Talc formula and my hands never felt better! I feel the Pre Play works best if you allow it proper time to dry, won't feel sticky.

Comments about Graph Tech Graphtech PrePlay Hand Care:

Over the years I've tried everything to stop fingers from sticking to my bass strings due to sweaty hands.
This stuff dose the trick. I now use it before I play and it conditions my fingers. I play finger style, but if you play with a pick you might want to avoid the fingers you hold the pick with. One of our guitarists tried it at practice and kept dropping his pick till he cleaned it off those fingers.

The container this came in was either never fully filled, was previously used, or just didn't work right. It would never pump any product out. I opened it up and was finally able to get some for use. It did not make any difference with my playing that I could tell.

This stuff is great! Makes your hands clean and your fingers slide on the strings like they were made of silicone. Not sticky...just the opposite! The best thing for guitarists since picks.

Not impressed. Leaves my hands feeling sticky. No slick feeling whatsoever. Would return it if I hadn't thrown out the box.

Put it on right before playing & your fingers and hands feel super smooth and clean. It does NOT make your hands sticky or goopy feeling. Bonus - it smells pretty good also!
