A robust, sturdy boom stand with a trio of adjustment features.

Emerging from the masses of drum hardware and cymbal stands, the Ludwig Atlas Classic Cymbal Stand is an arena-ready, highly durable solution to cymbal mounting with a distinctly "Modern-Classic" twist. With a gearless, dual-axis Aerodyne Tilter to allow the positioning of cymbals at any angle and a 12mm Convertible Boom/Straight option (converts by a single wing-nut), this stand allows a highly customizable setup with a solid base of Acculite Sustain Feet.

  • Insulated tube joint clamps
  • Acculite Sustain Feet (Patent Pend)

Comments about Ludwig Atlas Classic Boom Cymbal Stand:

They are very nice cymbal stands. I like the feature where I can overlap legs for positioning and the main thing I like is the cymbal adjustment being how I can loosen it and pivot the cymbal around to any given angle. My Yamaha stands have teeth and the way it adjusts every once in a while you come across a situation where you might need to tilt it a hair and it doesn't work as free. The Classic Atlas stands are however a bit short meaning that there is only two sections before the boom rod. If you need more height go with the heavier Atlas Pro models. I am also using 19" and 20" cymbals on these Classic stands and with the cymbal hanging off sort of far from the base on the boom and when I hit it, it is nice and stable. The flat base designs work very well. And thanks to the new Ludwig foot design they overlap as needed if needed.
