Constructed with a clear 10-mil single-ply film and a center dot for added durability, it incorporates Remo’s Sub Muff’l Technology with an integrated dampening ring to manage overtones and produce a tight, punchy response. This design helps reduce sustain while reinforcing low-end presence, allowing floor toms to sit more clearly in the mix without additional muffling. A thin tom-style hoop supports proper fit on metal flange-style counter hoops, helping the head seat evenly and maintain consistent response across different shells. Available in 16" and 18" sizes, the Remo Ambassador SMT Clear tom drumhead delivers focused floor tom tone with reduced sustain.
