Comments about G&L Buckshot Overdrive Guitar Effects Pedal:
Having modded Ibanez Tube Screamers and Boss Blues Drivers and myriad tube amps, I can say that this pedal is different. It is touch sensitive, delivers a warm tone, gutsy tone. The notes come through with drive and are not distorted and blurred. Great harmonics. I play blues, and whether I'm playing my Les Paul or Strat (or any of my other stable), this thing responds well to changes on the guitar's volume and slight differences in picking attack. It has clarity where the TS-9 doesn't. It is certainly not a muddy tone at all. It has a quality build to it, sturdy. You can feel the quality just turning the knobs - very smooth. Comes with AC power cord. True hardwire bypass. Handwired controls and jack, blue LED. A natural overdrive sound. It exceeds my expectations.
