Comments about Ernie Ball 40th Anniversary Volume Pedal:

Pedal broke within a few days use. Musicians Friend was a go to but their customer service has gone downhill. Rather use Sweetwater from now on.

Comments about Ernie Ball 40th Anniversary Volume Pedal:

Two, brand new factory sealed units in a row defective. A lot of noise, no volume control whatsoever. Ernie Ball needs to seriously improve their quality control or they will loose a lot of business. I ordered a third guitar volume pedal, but from a different brand.

Comments about Ernie Ball 40th Anniversary Volume Pedal:

Bought this to replace a perfectly working EB Jr volume pedal just cause it looks so good in black, reminds me of my assault rifles & provokes a slight tingle when I look down at the board..

Comments about Ernie Ball 40th Anniversary Volume Pedal:

I use the pedal to control output volume from the pickup in my resonator guitar. It doesn't alter the tone just controls the volume. Once the amp level is set I can control output level easily while playing.
