In our effort to provide a fully accessible and optimized user experience for all app visitors, Musician's Friend continues to take careful measure to ensure an excellent user experience, regardless of the assistive technology being used to access this app or the specific abilities of those individuals seeking access to this app.
The Musician's Friend app is in the process of being tested by AudioEye®, a third-party digital accessibility solutions provider. As issues of accessibility are identified, results of manual testing are audited by AudioEye and reported to key accessibility stakeholders. As solutions are discovered to improve the user experience, fixes are implemented by Musician's Friend accessibility stakeholders to improve the app user experience.
By leveraging subject matter expertise and evaluating accessibility compliance, Musician's Friend is actively collaborating with internal stakeholders in an ongoing effort to continually improve conformance with the informative guidance provided by Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA Success Criteria and Other W3C/WAI Guidelines.
AudioEye Accessibility Certification
The AudioEye Certification seal represents a commitment to accessibility and digital inclusion. The AudioEye app certification process involves manual testing and remediation validation with the goal of conforming with the informative guidance supplied through Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA Success Criteria and Other W3C/WAI Guidelines.
AudioEye certifies that the Musician's Friend app is being tested and remediated with the intent of maximizing conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA and Other W3C/WAI Guidelines.
AudioEye and Musician's Friend continue to collaborate in an ongoing effort to maintain and continually improve conformance that ensures an accessible user experience for all users.

Web Accessibility Guidelines
Musician's Friend has leveraged the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 as reference to ensure the content and information made available from this app is more accessible for individuals with disabilities and user friendly for everyone.
These globally recognized best practices (as recommended by the World Wide Web Consortium) consist of three levels of accessibility measurement (A, AA, and AAA). To the greatest extent feasible, Musician's Friend has elected to conform to Level AA of these guidelines.
