The Ortega D9CE-4 Deep Series Jumbo bass is the culmination of years of experimentation and tweaking previous designs to produce a professional grade instrument with all the features a player needs. The Jumbo maximizes beauty, playability, comfort and affordability all in one acoustic-electric bass. This Ortega bass is built with a spruce top and jumbo Catalpa body for a stylish look and dynamic pop. This is paired to a mahogany neck and walnut fretboard featuring pearl dot inlays. The bass is also equipped with Ortega MagusPro electronics and a built-in tuner for optimal sound when amplified and excellent tuning stability. Additional features include walnut ABS binding and gold tuning machines.
