Not what I expected

Comments about Carl Fischer Guitar Grimoire - The Fingerpicking Book:

I bought this book hoping to further advance my fingerstyle with more fingering picking patterns. This book is for a beginning finger picker. I have been finger picking long enough that all of this is second nature and even then all of that I learned just from putting down the pick. Over all this book is pretty useless and quite boring. Other books by this author however have proved very useful to me. If you want to learn finger style, don't buy this book, just put down the pick, grow out your nails a bit and go from there. Your fingers will, in time, do the rest.
