The 50th Anniversary DW Edge snare sandwiches an 11-ply persimmon and spruce shell between two heavy-duty brass rings that serve as bearing edges to boost versatility with sharper attack while still maintaining the drum’s unique tonality. The shell also features an outer veneer of quilted maple that is finished with a commemorative inlaid badge. This snare is equipped with antique gold hardware that features all the top-end options of the Collector's Series, including a MAG throw off, True-Hoops and 3-position butt plate. These special 14x6.5" Edge snares will be limited to 100 pieces. Each includes a high-quality snare bag and a signed certificate of authenticity.
