Beautifully crafted in Japan with Buginga wood.
Hand constructed in Tama’s elite Japan STAR factory, this very limited STAR Bubinga 6x14 in. snare drum features a 5-ply, 4.5mm Bubinga shell with gorgeous figured Australian Blackwood outer ply with a Cordia interior. Die-cast hoops with 8 lugs give this drum a full, open tonality that showcases the relatively thin Bubinga/Blackwood/Cordia shell composition. This snare is outfitted with Tama’s Super Sensitive Hi-Carbon 20-strand snare wire, super fluid MLS50A/MLS50B throw-off and butt plate and Remo Coated Ambassador batter head with Remo Snare Side head.
