It makes cents!

Comments about Zildjian ZHT Medium Thin Crash Cymbal:

I play both Avedis and this recently purchased ZHT Medium-thin crash 16" cymbal. I buy cymbals that sound good and have character. The ZHT sounds just as good as the Avedis, only cheaper in price. If it sounds good, buy it...it makes "cents" to the ZHT route. It really sounds great!

Comments about Zildjian ZHT Medium Thin Crash Cymbal:

the zht is my favorite cymbal, it cuts through with a loud and very bright sound. the decay is rather long but if you use it to accent and continue with the beat you don't hear the overtone to much. i bought mine from my friend so its like 2 years old but all there is is a little dent on side that doesn't effect it!! buy it !! also its super strong it can survive anything trust me i lay screamo music!

Comments about Zildjian ZHT Medium Thin Crash Cymbal:

I was in need of a crash because I cracked one of mine. It blends good with the types of music I play (pop punk, alternative punk, etc.) This cymbal has a great tone and sound. It's a great cymbal for people like me on a budget. I will soon be purchasing the 18". In my personal opinion this cymbal sounds better using wood tip sticks. And also if you're a hard hitter like myself this is good because it doesn't crack.

Comments about Zildjian ZHT Medium Thin Crash Cymbal:

All of my other cymbals are from the Avedis and K Custom lines that Zildjian makes. I bought this cymbal to replace a cracked one, and it actually blends very well with my more expensive cymbals. Very nice, very usable crash sound at all volume levels! I'm very pleased with this cymbal.

good, cheap sheet cymbals from zildjian...

Comments about Zildjian ZHT Medium Thin Crash Cymbal:

If you're looking for a good value in some sheet cymbals, and don't have the money for the quality in cast, these aren't too bad. I have the 18" medium-thin, and it's sounds pretty good, it's loud enough to cut through a mix, but not excessivly loud, regular finish (not brilliant)...they (ZHT's) remind me alittle of Sabian B8's, but a little better sounding, and although I've only had mine for a day now, I'm sure it'll last quite a long time!...if you're really on a budget and are thinking about ZBT's, save up your money a little bit longer and go for these new ZHT's, they're worth it!

A vast amount of sounds can be created with the cymbal. I got to use it yesterday at a friends house and now I really want to buy one!!! Great sound with a bright finish, the best when playing Seek & Destroy (Metallica) with a few friends. Its bright but very controllable sound is wonderful, and i will for sure be buying one soon! Much better then my ZBT's so they are totally worth the money!!!

Got the 16" ZHT. Very good cymbal. Not as loud as one may hope for Progressive Metal, but perfect for session or fusion jazz. Great cymbal, can have a bright but dark sound also, very good ring.

Comments about Zildjian ZHT Medium Thin Crash Cymbal:

I went to a store and bought the 18" and came out amazed. Not just because of the amzing cymbal, but because Zildjian is a family business, and the owner of the Sabian Cymbal Company's last name is Zildjan! But enough of that. This is my 2nd crash, and I can't help stopping to hit it every now and then. It rings like a ride, explodes and cuts like a crash, without the volume! Not to mention that it looks better on a stand in my garage then on a shelf in the store! Do I REALLY need to say it again? It's an all-around AWESOME cymbal, budjet or no budjet, so go spend your other chunk of change on the other ZHT's. They're awesome, too!(note: get the ZHT mastersound hihat pair instead of the other two kinds!)
