Some guitar cases we offer can appear to be locked upon arrival. The remedy is simple. These cases will have latches on them that can be released without a key. The latches have a button next to them which can be pressed to the side (usually toward the outer edges of the case) and "voila" the latches are released. The case can be opened, and you should find your keys inside. In some cases the button next to the latch will also be the keyhole. The same steps are used to open these cases.
