In 1993, the Starburst model represented Gibson’s rebirth of acoustic guitar mastery with a new benchmark model. This Starburst 30th Anniversary acoustic-electric guitar honors that model with a hand-selected AAA quilt maple top and maple back and sides, creating an ornate instrument trimmed with stunning back marquetry and top trim. Only 30 of these custom-level instruments will be hand-built, and each features an engraved 30th Anniversary design in the headstock commemorating Gibson's years building the finest acoustic instruments in Bozeman, Montana.
