Sourced from southern California, urban ash is used to craft the top, back and sides of this fine instrument, in order to create a tone that's focused, with a strong voice that is equally articulate and responsive to the touch. Noteworthy appointments to the 424ce include Taylor V-Class bracing, a gloss finish, Renaissance inlay pattern, plus a fingerboard, bridge and headplate made of genuine West African ebony.

The limited-edition 424ce is also equipped with Taylor Expression System 2 electronics.
