I bought this on a whim after putting in another sizable order with the kats at M.F. I'm not one for wearing much jewelry, but, after seeing a close-up I thought what the heck. Why not? It's not made for practical use. It's made to be worn as a statement that says, "Yep, I play guitar(or bass). Next question sweetheart." It comes on a military dog-tag type of chain and you do have to take the ball-end out of the clasp, but, my clasp wasn't so tight that it was a hassle to take apart or re-clasp. The pick-pendent sits nicely and isn't heavy at all, but, it's not too light either.Like I wrote earlier, it's not made to use, but, why would you want to? I like it a lot. Thanx to all the hep-kats at M.F! PEACE
