Comments about Audix f2 Drum Microphone:
Overall glad to have it.
I bought it to use on my floor toms but this little guy's place is really the rack toms. But it's a good mic I'm glad I bought it.
Comments about Audix f2 Drum Microphone:
I just received 4 of these Audix Fusion F2 mics for micing my toms, I have to say that so far I really like what i'm hearing. These mics have a real good factory set EQ to them, after I changing all the EQ settings on my board. I found that some where in the -0- range works great. Thats at the studio and we all know that will change on stage. But so far I think that the Audix Fusion F2 will do a fine job. I am using them on both my rack and floor toms, I also am using the Audix Fusion F6 kick drum mics in both of my kickers, I am thinkin that I might replace my Shure SM57 thats on my snare with a Audix I-5. I think anyone that buys audix mics will be very pleased with there purchase. But it's all about what you like right? Give them a try, see what you think

Comments about Audix f2 Drum Microphone:
i have 2 Audix D4's and D3's pro series and i think these mics sound fatter more defined on the Toms. i haven't tried them on anything else but i compared these to SM57 and they sound almost identical. I'm very happy with the purchase, less than 40, good deal.
