Driven by 185W RMS Class-D amplification, the system produces strong output with a peak SPL of 122dB while maintaining clarity across its 40Hz–20kHz frequency response. LD Systems’ DynX DSP (Gen. 2) helps maintain clean, distortion-free sound even at higher volume levels, making the speaker suitable for music playback, live performance or spoken announcements. The ANNY 12 functions as a complete portable sound system thanks to its integrated 6-channel mixer and versatile connectivity. Two microphone/line combo inputs allow connection of vocal microphones or instruments, while an additional stereo channel supports AUX playback through either a 3.5 mm jack or RCA inputs. Bluetooth 5.0 with AAC enables reliable wireless music streaming, and two ANNY speakers can be paired for stereo playback. Additionally, a 3-band EQ and five application presets—Music, Live, Vocal, Eco and Flat—make it easy to tailor the system for different environments. Built-in reverb and delay effects add polish to vocals and instruments, and a footswitch input allows hands-free control of those effects during performance.

The rechargeable lithium-ion battery supports extended operating time depending on volume level, while Eco mode helps maximize efficiency during long events. A hot-swap system supports up to four batteries for uninterrupted operation when needed. Two rear receiver module slots allow optional ANNY wireless microphone systems to be added for expanded setups, and the priority ducking function automatically lowers music levels when a designated microphone is used—ideal for announcements or presentations. Wheels, a telescopic pull handle and a 35 mm pole mount simplify transport and setup in a wide range of environments.
