The Nady 1001 MK2 is the worst wireless mic I've ever used! The mic itself has a few flaws: a lot of handling noise, and the head doesn't stay on very tight. The system overall doesn't perform to any of the specifications. I have yet to be even 150 feet away (line-of-sight) and have the thing work. It constantly drops out or makes a ton of noise when it's just about to drop out. So, unless you're using this as an extremely cheap alternative, I would strongly recommend that you NOT buy this product. Spend the extra money for a high quality UHF...it's worth every penny!
Failed me at a gig, had it fixed, worked fine for one gig then failed me at a wedding during the best man's toast. Talk about embarrassment. don't buy this mic. Get something, ANYTHING else.
I bought this mic system because it was highly recommended by sales person, so I thought cool nice affordable and good quality... MY FOOT. I am a gospel music artist and this product has let me down several times, my opinion save your money and buy a better quality name mic...
This wireless microphone performed well, as advertised. I have used it reliably outdoors on a number of occasions without any problems.
